La consolidation de la paix :<\/strong><\/p>

La consolidation de la paix (en anglais, peacebuilding) d\u00e9signe toute intervention destin\u00e9e \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir la reprise ou le commencement d\u2019un conflit violent en traitant les causes premi\u00e8res identifi\u00e9es ou suppos\u00e9es et en cr\u00e9ant une attente soci\u00e9tale de r\u00e9solution pacifique des conflits afin d\u2019aboutir \u00e0 une paix durable et de stabiliser la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 politiquement et \u00e9conomiquement.<\/p>

      Le Processus d\u2019Apprentissage par les Actions (Participatory Action Learning Process\/PAL) reste l\u2019approche m\u00e9thodologique de NPCYP dans toutes ses op\u00e9rations. C\u2019est une approche qui offre aux communaut\u00e9s des opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage commun au travers les actions participatives, renfor\u00e7ant l\u2019appropriation et l\u2019engagement communautaire dans la recherche de la paix durable.<\/p>
